TERMS OF SERVICE.

We require a minimum of 15 garments per design. Orders below this quantity are printed via DTF.

Your order is confirmed only after all of the following are received:

• Print-ready artwork vector format preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG).

• Garment details (sizes, colors, quantities)

• Payment or deposit

If artwork is not print-ready, design services are available at $50/hour.

The Client is responsible for ensuring artwork accuracy, including spelling, sizing, and placement.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Yes. A digital proof will be sent before production.

⚠️ Production does not begin until proof is customer-approved.

Once approved, customer is responsible for any errors in the design.

Pricing is based on:

• Garment type

• Quantity

• Number of colors

• Print locations

Quotes are valid for 14 days and may change due to material costs or order adjustments.

• A 50% deposit or full payment is required to begin production

• Remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery

Late payments may delay your order.

Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days after:

• Proof approval

• Payment confirmation

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late approvals

• Missing info

• Supplier issues

Yes, but:

• Customer-supplied garments negates our quality guarantee. This means:

  • We are not responsible for defects or damage to customer-supplied items

  • We are not liable for misprints on provided garments

Slight variations in:

• Color

• Placement

• Sizing

are normal and considered industry standard.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

• Changes must be submitted in writing

• Changes may result in additional costs or delays

• Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

• Deposits are non-refundable after work starts

• Local pickup:

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of completion

• Delivery/shipping fees are paid by the customer

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once items leave our shop

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.

If there is a production error:

• You must notify us within 5 business days

• We will reprint or refund at our discretion

You confirm that you have the legal right to use any submitted artwork.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues.

We may use completed work for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
